On arrival, all attendees are greeted by trade show employees at the registration desk in the lobby of the Regent Products building, where buyers receive badges and an information packet to help navigate the showrooms.

The next Midwest Market Days runs October 7-8, 2026, from 8:00am to 6:00pm each day. It takes place across three participating showrooms in the Chicago area, with registration at the Regent Products building, 8999 Palmer Street, River Grove, IL 60171.
Registration is free and can be done quickly online. Pre-registration is recommended but not required; buyers can also register through a participating exhibitor or on arrival at the registration desk.
The show is aimed at independent retailers, mass merchants, wholesale distributors and ecommerce merchants sourcing closeout and direct-import general merchandise. Attendees register by business type such as Retail Buyer, Wholesale Buyer or Ecommerce Merchant.
A free courtesy shuttle van runs between all three participating showrooms and select area hotels. To arrange a pickup, call 708-583-1000 or ask the receptionist at Regent Products.
Organizers suggest staying a minimum of two full business days to see all the exhibitors and everything the trade show has to offer.
