New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists - NYSCC Suppliers' Day 2027

The show has grown into North America's leading beauty ingredients event. Suppliers' Day 2026, held May 19-20 at the Javits Center, welcomed 12,499 attendees and close to 700 exhibitors from around the world, including 15% international visitors representing 67 countries across the beauty and personal care industry. 2026 results at a glance list 64 countries represented, 663 exhibitors and 12,499 attendees (15% international).

For the prior edition, 2025 results showed attendance of 11,548, 675 exhibitors and 74 countries represented. The audience is composed of cosmetic chemists and ingredient executives, including R&D, sourcing, formulation, and marketing and sales professionals from cosmetic manufacturers, contract manufacturers and flavor and fragrance companies.

Exhibit space for 2027 is priced by the square foot. Raw space is $35.00 per square foot (no carpet or furnishings). Furnished space is $38.00 per square foot and includes rail/drape, carpeting, ID sign, a 6-foot draped table, two side chairs, a wastebasket and cleaning; the furniture package is only available for in-line booths (10-foot depth). An open corner charge of $250.00 applies on all booths.

Registration for attendees is handled online through the show's registration system, with badge pickup on-site. Registration is located on Level 3 / Crystal Palace of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

2027 registration hours are:

• Tuesday, June 8 | 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday, June 9 | 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Exhibit floor hours are Tuesday, June 8 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Wednesday, June 9 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Educational programming and rates were scheduled to be available in March 2027. Exhibitors can reserve booth space through the show's online booth-sales portal.

Suppliers' Day is organized by the New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists (NYSCC), a professional organization serving cosmetic and personal care scientists. Over the years the event has grown into what NYSCC positions as the leading ingredients and formulation event in North America, drawing exhibitors and attendees from dozens of countries. Recent editions demonstrate its scale and momentum: the show grew from 11,548 attendees in 2025 to 12,499 in 2026, with close to 700 exhibitors. Plans for NYSCC Suppliers' Day 2027 call for the show to take place June 8-9 in expanded space at the Javits Center in New York City.
