NIADA | Used Car Industry Convention & Expo 2027

<cite index="1-2">The 2026 NIADA Convention & Expo drew over 600 dealers for four days in Denver.</cite> <cite index="32-6">The event also welcomed 150-plus first-time attendees, many of them Colorado locals.</cite> The program included roughly 50 hours of education and about 7 hours of dedicated expo-floor time. <cite index="37-3">On the exhibitor side, the 2026 show featured around 140 companies.</cite> The audience is made up of independent dealership principals and owners, plus finance companies, auctions, and industry suppliers.

<cite index="33-2">Booth prices start at $5,000 for a 10-foot by 10-foot space and include two convention registrations.</cite> <cite index="36-24">A 10x10 booth includes a booth ID sign, a 6-foot skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket, 24-hour hall security, and a post-show attendee list, among other marketing inclusions.</cite> <cite index="36-3">Exhibit packages are organized into Signature, Premier, and Select tiers, detailed in the Exhibitor Prospectus.</cite> <cite index="33-3">Diamond, gold, and silver sponsorships are also available.</cite> Additional exhibitor registrations can be arranged on request.

Registration is handled online through the official NIADA convention website, with both attendee (dealer) passes and exhibitor registration available. <cite index="40-3">NIADA members receive premium discounts on event registration.</cite> Early-bird pricing is typically offered, and organizers encourage registering early because the event has approached sellouts. Exhibitors reserve booth space via the exhibitor pages, and additional exhibitor registrations can be requested by emailing registration@niada.com. <cite index="36-27">For booths, there is a 25% cancellation fee for cancellations on or before the published deadline, with no refund thereafter.</cite>

<cite index="22-1">NIADA traces its roots to 1946, when the National Used Car Dealers Association (NUCDA) was founded in Chicago, Illinois to lobby for the repeal of tire and auto-parts rationing after World War II.</cite> <cite index="22-3">In 1950, suppliers and vendors were first invited and featured at the annual NUCDA convention.</cite> <cite index="22-4">The organization changed its name to the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA) in 1955.</cite> The convention has since grown into what the association calls the industry's largest annual event for independent used-vehicle dealers, rotating among major U.S. cities. Recent hosts include Las Vegas (2024 and 2025) and Denver's Gaylord Rockies Resort (2026), with the 2027 edition set for the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville.
