Exhibit space is offered as one 6'x8' space with a 6' tabletop, two chairs, and two complimentary table representatives.

• Standard exhibit space: $3,750

Sponsorship packages, which include exhibit space or discounts, range from an A la Carte tier (items from $500 to $2,000) and Sapphire ($4,000) and Silver ($6,500) levels (each with a 50% exhibit-space discount) up through Gold ($8,500), Gold Plus ($10,000), and Platinum ($12,500), which include a complimentary premium exhibit space. Invoices over $10,000 are not eligible for credit-card payment.

Registration is open online via the meeting's Evenium registration page. Before registering, attendees should ensure their membership is in good standing with the AAO Member Service Center.

All fee categories include admission to conference sessions, receptions, and the exhibit hall, though CE is not available to Guests or Exhibitors. To qualify for a refund (less a $50 administrative fee), written cancellation must be received by 11:59 PM EST on October 30, 2026; no refunds are given after that date. Substitutions are permitted at any time in writing.
