The Summit is described as four days bringing together 800+ great minds, all focused on care for those with spinal cord injury/disease. Participation includes 100+ agencies of interdisciplinary attendees and exhibitors from around the nation. The audience is primarily interdisciplinary healthcare professionals working in SCI/D, MS, and ALS care.
Basic exhibit space is 10'x10', including pipe and drape, one 6' skirted table, two chairs, and one space identification sign.

Each exhibiting company receives three full conference badges, with additional badges available for $150 per person.
The Summit + Expo early bird registration fee is $400; after May 10, 2026, the registration fee is $500. Registration is open and can be completed online.
Lodging Grants: PVA offers Lodging Grants for the Summit, with 250 scholarships awarded to qualifying clinicians on a first-come, first-served basis, including a 3-night stay at the Horseshoe Las Vegas during the selected conference dates. The conference runs 3½ days, including three breakfasts and lunches on August 31–September 2 and two receptions.

The Summit is designed for interdisciplinary healthcare professionals who work in spinal cord injury and disease (SCI/D), multiple sclerosis (MS), and ALS care. It brings together clinicians, researchers, and exhibitors from around the nation for education and networking.
Early bird registration is $400, and after May 10, 2026 the fee is $500. Registration is open online through the official event site, and PVA also offers Lodging Grants to qualifying clinicians.
The four-day program features 100+ speakers and 50+ sessions, including 5 plenary sessions and 57 breakout sessions on holistic strategies and best practices for SCI/D, MS and ALS. Presentations come from leading research and clinical experts.
Before April 1, 2026, a standard 10x10 booth is $2,750 and a double or vehicle booth is $4,250, with reduced non-profit rates available. Each exhibiting company receives three full conference badges, and rates increase after April 1, 2026.
