Pri-Med has been providing continuing medical education for primary care clinicians since 1995, working to create a better way for clinicians to access insights and information to improve patient care. The Midwest conference is a recurring annual event held in Rosemont, Illinois, near Chicago, and is developed in partnership with Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine faculty. It is organized by DBC Pri-Med.

Pri-Med Midwest takes place Thursday through Saturday, September 24–26, 2026, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, 5555 N River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018, just outside Chicago.
The conference is designed for clinicians in primary care, family medicine, and internal medicine, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants seeking practical, evidence-based education.
Attendees can earn up to 23.00 CME/CE credits. Additional credits are available by watching post-conference session recordings, which are accessible for 30 days and emailed to attendees who check in at the conference.
Registration is completed online through Pri-Med's registration portal. The Advanced Rate is $165 and is available through September 26, 2026; the $129 Early Bird Rate expired on June 5, 2026.
The Exhibit Hall features pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device, and nutrition and wellness companies, plus Industry Theaters, a Passport daily prize drawing, and daily coffee with food available for purchase.
