Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and hotel booking links with special codes are provided after an executed application and payment are received. Some social functions carry additional fees (for example, the Theme Dinner on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at $275 per person).
SESPRS was founded in 1958 and is described as the oldest and preeminent regional plastic surgery society in the United States. Marco Island sits off the southwestern tip of Florida, connected to the mainland by bridge. The closest airport is Naples Municipal Airport (APF), roughly 19 miles away, while the nearest major commercial airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) near Fort Myers. Tampa International Airport is about 186 miles and Orlando International Airport about 210 miles away. The resort does not operate a complimentary airport shuttle; car service (such as Naples Transportation & Tours), rental cars, and rideshare are the primary ways to reach the venue.
The JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort serves as the host hotel, and rooms are typically reserved through a special code provided to registrants and exhibitors. Additional lodging is available elsewhere on Marco Island and in nearby Naples (about a 30-minute drive), which offers a wide range of hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals within a short drive of the venue.
