A "Buy 4 get 1 free" group registration is available for full 3-day registrations (deadline 14 August 2026). A discounted rate is offered to SPE members aged 65 and older. Cancellations must be received in writing by 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 10 August 2026 for a refund, minus a USD 150 processing fee.

The conference takes place 25–27 August 2026 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, 1601 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands, Texas.
It is designed for exploration and production (E&P) professionals, engineers, technical authors, and senior decision-makers from IOCs, NOCs, and independent operators focused on artificial lift and production optimization, particularly for unconventional shale developments.
Register online through the SPE portal using a credit card. Full-conference rates start at USD 950 for SPE members and USD 1,150 for nonmembers before 13 July, with one-day, exhibits-only (USD 275), student (USD 150), and spouse (USD 125) options also available.
A full registration includes the exhibition, technical sessions, reception, the Wednesday networking lunch, coffee breaks, and one code for the digital proceedings. It does not include the Keynote Luncheon or the Legends of Artificial Lift Award Lunch, which are ticketed separately at USD 70 each.
The official conference hotel is The Woodlands Waterway Marriott, offering an SPE group rate of USD 239 plus taxes per night if booked by 31 July. The nearest airport is George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), about 20–22 miles away; the hotel does not provide a shuttle, so plan on a rental car, rideshare, or private car service.
