Texas Police Chiefs Association - TPCA Annual Conference 2027

Registration for the 2027 conference is handled online through the TPCA membership portal. Key points to know:

1. Register online via the TPCA conference registration system.
2. Payment is due at the time of registration. Agencies unable to pay by credit card may choose the Pay Later option, which must be paid within 30 days; registrations not paid 30 days before the event will be cancelled.
3. A Day Pass option is available for the 2027 conference.
4. Spouse/Guest registration is available separately with its own agenda.

Refund schedule: a full refund less a $50 processing fee is available before February 19, 2027; a 50% refund less a $50 processing fee from February 20 to March 5, 2027; and no refunds after March 6, 2027, though swapping attendees is permitted. Run2Remember and raffle ticket purchases are non-refundable. Paid registrations may be transferred to a colleague by registering the replacement and submitting the official swap request form.

The Texas Police Chiefs Association was founded in 1958 to promote, encourage, and advance the professional development of chiefs of police and senior police management personnel throughout Texas. The 2027 conference marks the 68th Annual TPCA Training & Exhibition Conference, reflecting a long-running tradition of statewide law enforcement education and networking. Today TPCA represents roughly 1,500 members, 15 affiliate associations, and 80+ corporate partners. The association rotates its annual conference among Texas venues, with upcoming editions scheduled for the Galveston Island Convention Center in Galveston in 2028 and a return to the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in Round Rock in 2029.
