Who can attend the ED EXPO?

The ED EXPO is a business-to-business event and is not open to the general public. Admission is limited to people who work in the adult nightclub industry — such as club owners, managers, entertainers, DJs and staff — or companies that market products and services to adult clubs.

Attendance

The ED EXPO attracts over 1,200 industry professionals. It draws club owners, GMs, club staff, entertainers and other industry professionals and is not open to the general public.

Booth Pricing

Booth pricing for the 2026 Tradeshow is published as follows: A single 10-by-10 Basic Booth is $2,690, a corner booth is $2,990, a Double booth is $5,980, a Quad booth 4 is $10,900 and a Quad booth 1 through 3 is $11,900. Each booth includes a complimentary six-foot table, two chairs, a company sign and two EXPO badges (a $718 value).

Double booths get 4 badges and Quads get 8 badges. Up to two additional badges per 10-by-10 booth can be purchased at a discounted price of $250 per badge. Those badges must be pre-purchased by July 1; after that date all badges are sold at the regular price of $369 per person. A signed contract and 50 percent deposit are required to reserve booth space, and only full payment guarantees the booth. To reserve, exhibitors call ED's sales office at (727) 726-3592.

History

ED (Exotic Dancer) Publications was established in 1991 and has produced the Annual ED EXPO since its inception in 1993. The company published its first magazine — the EXOTIC DANCER Directory — in 1991, and two years later, in 1993, established the Annual Gentlemen's Club EXPO, a national gathering of adult nightclub owners, exotic entertainers, vendors and industry professionals.

The event has since been rebranded as the ED EXPO and, according to the organizer, has grown alongside the industry it covers. The 2026 event is the 33rd annual edition. ED Publications also produces ED Magazine, the Annual Adult Nightclub & Exotic Dancer Awards Show (The ED's Awards), and STOREROTICA Magazine.
