The Institute for Public Procurement - NIGP Forum 2026

NIGP promotes the Forum as drawing over 1,600 attendees representing the full range of public sector procurement departments, along with a diverse spectrum of suppliers. The audience is composed of public procurement professionals from state, county, city, and municipal government, plus Canadian agencies. For historical context, the 2021 Forum — held in a hybrid virtual and in-person format — attracted nearly 2,000 participants.

Registration is handled through the official NIGP Forum 2026 website, with options to attend in person in Columbus, virtually, or both.

• Group discounts: Discounts are available for entities sending more than four people, and the group discount is applied automatically at checkout.
• Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to forum@nigp.org. Cancellations received on or before July 23, 2026 are refunded in full, less a $175 administrative processing fee. After July 23, 2026, no refunds are issued, though in-person registrants may switch to the virtual Forum (without a refund).
• Transfers: Registrations can be transferred to a colleague from the same organization at any time. No refunds are given for no-shows or early departures.
• Note: By participating, attendees agree that NIGP may share their name and contact information with Forum exhibitors and sponsors.
