The MedTech Conference 2026

The MedTech Conference is the largest annual medtech gathering hosted by AdvaMed. Recent editions:

• 2025 (San Diego): 3,708 attendees representing 1,800 companies from 38 countries — the largest U.S.-based MedTech Conference to date, with the highest member company participation ever.
• 2024 (Toronto): A record-breaking 4,350 attendees representing 1,926 companies from 48 countries — the highest-attended in AdvaMed history and the first held internationally.
• 2026 (Boston): Organizers expect more than 4,000 attendees from 38+ countries.

The audience spans startups and emerging medtech companies, established manufacturers, service providers and suppliers, investors, hospital and government representatives, academics, students, and early-career professionals.

Registration is open online via the official conference registration portal. The primary pass is the All-Access Pass, which includes four days of education, networking, access to the Medtech Campus, and partnering. An Exhibit Hall Only pass is also available.

Early Bird rates apply until August 6, 2026; standard rates apply after. Selected 2026 All-Access rates (as of May 12, 2026):

• AdvaMed member start-ups/emerging medtech (pre-revenue to <$1M): $1,000 early bird / $1,100 standard
• AdvaMed member large medtech company (>$100M revenue): $2,800 early bird / $3,000 standard
• Non-member start-ups/emerging medtech (<$100M): $1,800 early bird / $2,000 standard
• Non-member large medtech company (>$100M): $3,100 early bird / $3,400 standard
• Government/Hospital/Non-profit/Academic: $1,600 early bird / $1,700 standard
• Students (currently enrolled): $100; Early Career (<5 years in medtech): $500
• Exhibit Hall Only: $1,000 early bird / $1,200 standard

Qualified investors, hospital executives, and media may register for complimentary passes subject to verification. Onsite registration rates increase approximately $150 over standard. Attendance is limited to members of the medtech industry.

The MedTech Conference is the flagship annual event of AdvaMed®, The Medtech Association — the world's largest trade association representing medtech innovators — which marked its 50th anniversary in 2025. The conference has grown into the leading global gathering for the medtech industry, expanding in scope, participation, and industry engagement over the years.

Recent milestones include the 2024 edition in Toronto, which was the first held internationally and set a record with more than 4,350 attendees from 48 countries. The 2025 edition in San Diego was the largest U.S.-based conference to date with 3,708 attendees. The 2026 edition returns to Boston — the first time in four years — with future editions planned for San Francisco (2027), Boston (2028), and Toronto (2029).
