Midwest Market Days is held across three participating showroom locations in the western Chicago suburbs. The primary registration location is Regent Products Corp. at 8999 Palmer Street, River Grove, IL 60171, where attendees check in at the registration desk in the building lobby. The other two participating locations are B&G Sales at 1750 N. 25th Avenue, Melrose Park, IL 60160, and The Bazaar, Inc. at 1900 N. 5th Avenue, River Grove, IL 60171. Each of these three corporate showrooms is open daily during regular business hours year-round, while the full complement of exhibitors staffs their permanent showrooms during the scheduled show dates. A free courtesy shuttle connects all three locations.
The Roland E. Powell Convention Center is located between 40th and 41st Streets on the bayside of Ocean City. It is a large waterfront facility offering exhibit halls, meeting rooms, and ballroom space, with concessions on site. Visitors describe it as a very large facility with amazing bayfront views at the rear of the building and plentiful, clean concessions. The center also serves as home to the adjacent Ocean City Performing Arts Center.
The event is held on the Rose Bowl Stadium grounds, an entirely outdoor festival covering over a million square feet with purpose-built demo courses, walk-through display zones, food trucks, live music and a full Kids Zone. The Rose Bowl is a National Historic Landmark opened in 1922, set in the Arroyo Seco area of Pasadena adjacent to the Brookside Golf Course.
