Saint Paul RiverCentre is one of the city's convention, special event and entertainment venues, offering more than 250,000 square feet of versatile, easily configurable event space. It was one of the first convention centers in the nation to offer free wireless internet and has been recognized as a leader in sustainability in the event industry. On the lobby level, Headwaters Café offers made-from-scratch soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts and coffee. The venue is connected to parking and hotels via the downtown skyway system.

The San Francisco Marriott Marquis serves as both the headquarters hotel and the meeting venue for FOCIS 2026. It is centrally located in downtown San Francisco. The Discovery Center (exhibit hall) is located in Salon 9, and the property includes an on-site FedEx Office (on the B2 level) offering poster printing services to presenters.

Dakotafest takes place on the Schlaffman Farm, an open outdoor show site in Mitchell that hosts hundreds of exhibitor spaces, demonstration areas and family activities. Golf cart reservations can be made by calling NB Golf Car at 605-275-4653, and carts are also rented on site on a first come, first served basis; personal golf carts are not allowed on show grounds.

The 2026 meeting is held in the Arch building of the Seattle Convention Center. Arch at 705 Pike Street, the Seattle Convention Center's original building, features 61 meeting rooms, four ballrooms and six exhibit halls, as well as a number of cozy seating areas. All meeting rooms and ballrooms are fully carpeted and equipped with advanced connectivity and audiovisual support, and the building sits adjacent to Freeway Park, Seattle's largest downtown public space. Arch has 236,700 square feet of exhibition space on the fourth floor, divided into two halls connected by a 90-foot-wide skybridge across Pike Street, with capacity for 1,105 booths or 8,000 people seated for plenary sessions. The building's main public space is a four-story atrium with restaurants, shops, and public artwork. The wider campus, combined with the newer Summit building, covers roughly 1.5 million square feet.

The Sheraton Boston Hotel is the largest hotel in Boston, with 1,220 rooms and suites, plus a full-service restaurant, a spa and extensive meeting facilities. Connected to the Prudential Center and Hynes Convention Center, the hotel features 70,000 square feet of versatile event space. Amenities include one of Boston's largest lap pools, with a seasonal retractable roof, and an expansive fitness center. It sits in the historic Back Bay neighborhood, directly connected to the Prudential Center and the Hynes Convention Center.

The event is hosted at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta, the flagship hotel connected to the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) in downtown Atlanta. The 976-room Signia by Hilton Atlanta opened in 2024 as the first new-build Georgia hotel for the Signia by Hilton brand and Atlanta's largest ground-up hotel. Connected to the Georgia World Congress Center, the hotel features 976 rooms and more than 100,000 sq. ft of flexible, modern venue space for conferences and events. Guests have direct access to the Georgia World Congress Center via a pedestrian walkway, providing prime access to GWCC's Georgia ballroom and breakout rooms. The adjoining GWCC is a major convention complex. The Georgia World Congress Center is the fourth-largest convention center in the United States and includes 12 exhibit halls with 1.4 million square feet of prime space, 100+ meeting rooms, 2 ballrooms, 3 fixed-seat auditoriums, and two grand landscaped plazas. The Signia also offers eight restaurants and bars, a wellness spa, an outdoor pool, and the elevated Club Signia experience.

The convention is spread across two connected Orlando resorts. The event takes place across two hotels — Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria — both of which are connected, giving attendees seamless access to all convention events. The Signia by Hilton offers substantial meeting and event space: it welcomes meetings with 231,000 sq. ft. of flexible space plus outdoor venues, including the 35,925 sq. ft. Bonnet Creek Ballroom (divisible into 12 sections), the 27,300 sq. ft. Floridian Ballroom, the 35,098 sq. ft. Waterside Ballroom, 34 high-tech breakout rooms, and two dedicated boardrooms. The resort is surrounded by Walt Disney World Resort and a 482-acre nature preserve. Amenities include a three-acre lazy river pool, a spa, a golf course, and multiple on-site restaurants.

The event is held at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa, a full-service off-Strip resort in the southwest Las Vegas valley. South Point is home to over 155,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, including a 75,000-square-foot Conference Center featuring 22 meeting rooms and a 21,600-square-foot Grand Ballroom. Its 80,000-square-foot, column-free, carpeted Exhibit Hall can accommodate everything from small board meetings and conventions to trade shows, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout all meeting and exhibit spaces. The resort features more than 2,100 spacious guest rooms and suites, complimentary parking and valet service. On-site amenities include a casino, an equestrian center, a 64-lane bowling center, a 16-screen movie theater, and a showroom hosting headliner entertainment.

The South San Francisco Conference Center is a dedicated events venue in the heart of the Bay Area biotech corridor, minutes from San Francisco International Airport. The conference center contains 20,500 square feet of exhibit space across 13 meeting rooms. It is designed to host conferences, corporate meetings, conventions and receptions of all sizes.

The Forum is held at the Summit Seattle Convention Center in downtown Seattle. The event location is the Summit Seattle Convention Center at 900 Pine St., Seattle, WA 98101, with exhibits in Exhibit Halls 1 and 2. The venue sits within Seattle's walkable downtown core, close to major hotels, dining, and attractions such as Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.

The Tampa Convention Center, situated at 333 S Franklin St, Tampa, FL 33602, hosts IBEX 2026. The center is located in the heart of downtown Tampa, within walking distance of many hotels, restaurants, and attractions, and is adjacent to the Tampa Riverwalk, a 2.4-mile pedestrian path along the Hillsborough River. It is prominently situated along the waterfront in the heart of downtown Tampa. IBEX uses multiple exhibit floors, and services include a baggage/coat check on the 1st floor (Room 124).

The Tampa Marriott Water Street is a redesigned waterfront hotel that sits adjacent to the Tampa Convention Center and is connected to the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street via a glass skybridge on the third floor. Completed in 2000, it has 27 floors with 727 rooms and 50,000 square feet of meeting space. It is the city's largest hotel. Amenities include a rooftop pool with city and water views and cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and on-site restaurants. It is located near the Tampa Riverwalk, Florida Aquarium, Benchmark International Arena, and Sparkman Wharf.

TCU Place is the main venue for the scientific program, educational sessions and affiliated meetings, located in the heart of downtown Saskatoon. Some affiliated meetings are also held at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Saskatoon Downtown, the meeting's headquarter hotel. TCU Place sits only a few minutes from the headquarter hotel as well as from the Sheraton Cavalier and The James hotels.

MCON is held at The Expo at World Market Center in the Symphony Park district of downtown Las Vegas. The venue includes a South Hall exhibit space that in past years has hosted booths and interactive activities. The broader World Market Center campus is best known as the home of Las Vegas Market and offers large-format exhibit and event halls suited to trade shows and festival-style activations.

The Oncenter is Syracuse's downtown convention and civic complex, which includes the Nicholas J. Pirro Convention Center along with adjoining theaters and the Onondaga County War Memorial arena. It hosts the conference's exhibits and many of the classroom education sessions, while the associated Hands-On Training courses are conducted separately at the Syracuse Fire Department Training Center.

The Virginia Beach Convention Center was the first convention center in the United States to earn LEED® Gold certification as an existing building from the U.S. Green Building Council. The eco-friendly, state-of-the-art facility offers more than 250,000 square feet of programmable event space for events of any capacity. The venue provides up to 150,012 square feet of exhibit space on a single floor, with a 40-foot ceiling height, 350 lbs/sq ft floor load, and full amenities including air conditioning, AV facilities, food services, WiFi, and business center. It has 22 contiguous loading docks located on-grade adjacent to the exhibit hall and ballroom. An event at the center is a full-service experience that includes catering; Distinctive Gourmet is the convention center's on-site, award-winning caterer.

Home to events as wide-ranging as policy conferences and presidential inaugural balls, the Walter E. Washington Convention Center offers a prime location in D.C.'s convention and entertainment district with access to hotels, restaurants, shopping, and live sports. The 2026 meetings use dedicated locations in downtown Washington, D.C., at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, the Marriott Marquis and surrounding hotels. The Marriott Marquis has adjoining access to the convention center, where the majority of Governance Meetings will be held. The Trade Expo takes place on the convention center show floor.

The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino (formerly the Las Vegas Hilton) is located adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center and just one block from the Las Vegas Strip, offering legendary entertainment and some of the most spacious rooms in Las Vegas. The resort is situated on roughly 59 acres adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center, minutes from the Strip and convenient to the I-15 Freeway. It offers approximately 2,956 well-designed rooms and suites.
