According to industry event listings for recent editions, attendees have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with nearly 1,000 leading industry professionals and visit with nearly 80 event exhibitors. The audience is drawn from ADISA's membership base; the association was founded in 2003 and has approximately 4,500 members who are key decision makers. These members comprise around 4,500 alternative investment professionals, including sponsors/issuers of alternative investment products, broker-dealers, accountants, attorneys, mortgage bankers, institutional lenders, qualified intermediaries, registered representatives, investment advisers, registered investment advisors, due diligence officers, family office representatives and other affiliated professionals. Exhibitors who commit to two events receive 5% off a second event, those who commit to three events receive 10% off a third event, and exhibitors who register for multiple events and pay in full receive an additional 5% discount. Retail Independent Broker-Dealer or RIA firm (principals, owners and officers only): complimentary registration including 2 hotel room nights, limited per firm; additional staff $150 each.
Retail Registered Representative / IAR: $150, includes one hotel room night (license and eligibility requirements apply).
Family Office: complimentary for ADISA members (includes 2 hotel room nights); $500 for non-members.

History

Founded in Indianapolis, IN, in 2003, ADISA has grown to include 4,500 key decision-makers who represent more than 220,000 professionals, including sponsor members that have raised more than $200 billion in equity and serve more than 1 million investors. ADISA was formerly known as "REISA" (and before that as "TICA"), and is a registered not-for-profit trade association (IRS 501c6) that also has a foundation, the ADISA Foundation, which provides college scholarships. The Annual Conference & Trade Show is the association's largest yearly event and has been hosted in Las Vegas in recent years, with the 2027 edition also slated for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on October 4-6, 2027.
