American Association of Geriatric Psychiatry - AAGP 2027

The AAGP Annual Meeting welcomes approximately 1,000 attendees each year, including clinicians, researchers, educators, and healthcare professionals with a shared commitment to advancing geriatric mental health.

Exhibit booths are 10' x 10' unless otherwise noted, and pricing includes two exhibitor badges and a company listing on the Annual Meeting website and mobile app (furniture, carpet, and electricity are additional):

• Standard Booth: $3,150 (10' x 10' inline)
• Premium Booth: $3,850 (10' x 10' inline, enhanced visibility)
• Deluxe Booth: $4,725 (premium 10' x 10' corner booth)
• Non-Profit Booth: $2,000 (standard 10' x 10' inline, for nonprofits/government agencies)
• Table-Top: $1,500 (6-foot skirted table, nonprofit/government only)

Attendees register through the AAGP Annual Meeting website; registration forms are made available on the AAGP site. Exhibitors are encouraged to register in advance, with badges picked up onsite — each 10' x 10' space or tabletop includes two Exhibitor Personnel badges for hall entry only.

Note that exhibiting companies do not receive conference registration as part of their exhibit fee; personnel who wish to attend the conference must register and pay the registration fee separately.

Key exhibitor deadlines:

1. Applications and payment for priority booth assignment must be received by January 8, 2027.
2. Space is assigned beginning January 2026; applications received after January 8, 2027 are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Abstract submission deadlines run from September 2026 (general sessions, cases, Data Blitz, Power Symposia, and posters) through January 11, 2027 for late-breaking posters.

AAGP holds its Annual Meeting each year in a different U.S. city. Recent and upcoming host cities include Arlington, Virginia (2026); Phoenix, Arizona (2025); Atlanta, Georgia (2024); New Orleans, Louisiana (2023); and Orlando, Florida (2022). The 2021 meeting was held virtually and the 2020 meeting was cancelled due to COVID-19. Earlier host cities include Atlanta (2019), Honolulu (2018), Dallas (2017), Washington, DC (2016 and 2012), New Orleans (2015), Orlando (2014), and Los Angeles (2013).

Future meetings are already scheduled for Orlando, Florida (2028), Seattle, Washington (2029), and Denver, Colorado (2030). The 2027 meeting in San Diego continues the organization's role as the primary scientific meeting for research and clinical innovation in late-life mental illness.
