American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators - AAMVA AIC 2026

AAMVA describes an audience of more than 1,000 jurisdiction, industry, and federal attendees for its main-stage sessions at the AIC. No further demographic breakdown is published on the official conference pages.

Associate Member rates:

• 10x10: $3,600
• 10x20: $7,200
• 10x30: $10,700

Non-Member rates:

• 10x10: $4,500
• 10x20: $9,000
• 10x30: $13,000

Sponsorship packages are also offered at five levels: Diamond ($40,000), Platinum ($25,000), Gold ($14,000), Silver ($8,500), and Bronze ($5,000). Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors are selected via a lottery, with entries due by 12 noon EST on June 16, 2026; the Bronze package is available to anyone.

Register online through AAMVA's event registration portal. Both early-bird and standard rates apply, with the early-bird deadline of September 4, 2026.

• Jurisdiction Member: $600 / $800
• Federal, Local Govt & Cat 1 Member: $700 / $900
• Associate Cat 2 Member: $850 / $1,400
• Nonmember: $1,200 / $1,950
• Guests: $300 (flat)

A one-day registration rate is available to jurisdiction members by contacting AAMVA Events and specifying the day (Tuesday 9/29, Wednesday 9/30, or Thursday 10/1). Guests cannot be from the same organization as the primary registrant.

Cancellations: A $100 processing fee applies to cancellations made by September 15, 2026; no refunds are given for cancellations after that date or for no-shows.

The Annual International Conference is AAMVA's long-running flagship event, held each year in a different host city and bringing together motor vehicle and law enforcement administrators from across North America. AAMVA itself is a nonprofit, tax-exempt educational association that develops model programs in motor vehicle administration, law enforcement, and highway safety. The 2026 conference will be held in Providence, Rhode Island. A specific founding year for the conference series is not stated on the official pages.
