American Petroleum Institute - API Pipeline Conferencce & Expo 2027

The API Pipeline Conference and Expo brings together more than 1,000 professionals from across pipeline operations, control room management, and cybernetics. A recent edition was promoted as an opportunity to connect with over 800 industry professionals. The audience is primarily composed of pipeline operators, engineers, control room and technology specialists, safety and integrity professionals, regulators, and industry solution providers.

Specific 2027 booth pricing has not yet been published. Based on the exhibitor program from a recent edition, exhibit packages have included the following features:

• A 10' wide x 8' deep exhibit booth including table, chairs, carpet, electricity, and Wi-Fi, with complimentary registrations.
• Each exhibiting company receives one full conference registration included with the purchase of the booth space.
• Two showcase opportunities are typically offered — Platinum Sponsor and Exhibitor — with the Platinum Sponsorship including an exhibit booth.

The API Pipeline Conference and Expo is organized annually by the American Petroleum Institute and has become a central gathering for the pipeline community. The event rotates among major U.S. cities each year. The 2025 edition was held April 28–30 in Austin, Texas, and the 2026 edition took place April 27–29, 2026, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado. The 2027 edition moves to the Hilton Orlando in Orlando, Florida, May 3–5, 2027.
