Registration for the 78th Annual Meeting is open and handled through the NSAUA. Key points:

1. Early-rate deadline: Meeting registrations must be received by the NSAUA Executive Office by August 18, 2026 to receive the discounted early registration rate. All submissions received after this deadline will be assessed the regular registration fee.

The meeting is held within the Section two out of every three years, and at a destination outside the Section every three years.
