American Urological Association - AUA 2027

The AUA Annual Meeting attracts more than 11,000 practicing physicians and healthcare professionals, along with over 300 technical exhibitors, more than 90 educational courses and over 2,000 accepted abstracts. The audience is drawn from the global urologic community, including urologists, residents, advanced practice providers, researchers and allied health professionals. The Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of urologists in the world.

Registration is handled directly through the AUA; the association warns that it does not partner with third-party organizations for meeting registration and attendees should register only through the official site.

Key registration milestones for AUA2027:

1. Registration opens Wednesday, December 2, 2026.
2. Early-bird discount deadline — Tuesday, February 16, 2027.

Save on registration: Registrants can save $200 on registration when they book their hotel through the official housing block via onPeak or AUA International Housing. AUA members also receive discounted registration rates.

The American Urological Association is a nonprofit medical society founded in 1902 with the goal of advancing the practice of urology and providing optimal care for people with urological diseases and disorders. It grew out of the New York Genito-Urinary Society, whose members voted to disband and officially form the American Urological Association on February 22, with Dr. Ramon Guiteras among the founders.

The association is now headquartered near Baltimore, Maryland. The AUA has more than 24,000 members worldwide who have been transforming and improving urological care for over 100 years. Its Annual Meeting has grown into the profession's premier global event; the 2025 meeting marked the meeting's 120th year as the largest gathering of urologists in the world.
