BreakBulk Transportation Conference & Exhibition 2026

According to the organizer, Breakbulk Americas attracts over 5,600 professionals from across the globe, spanning companies large and small from all parts of the project cargo supply chain, including shippers, specialized transporters, project forwarders and other service providers. The 2026 exhibition floor is expected to feature 330+ exhibitors representing multiple countries.

Tickets are on sale via the official Breakbulk Americas registration page, and prices increase as the event approaches, so early booking secures the best rate. Payment is by credit card only (no bank transfers or invoicing).

Pass types include:

• Visitor — general admission for professionals meeting exhibitors; listed at $259 (reduced from $389). Includes both days, access to the 330+ exhibitor floor, the official event app, live content on both stages, and the Cargo & Cowboys welcome reception. Optional paid add-ons (workshops, Women in Breakbulk breakfast) can be booked.
• Global Shippers — FREE for qualifying cargo owners (EPC, manufacturer, oil & gas, energy, chemicals, mining/metals, aerospace, forestry/paper); application is vetted and includes a 50% discount on optional add-ons plus Global Shipper Lounge access.
• Student & Faculty — FREE with a valid student or faculty ID upload; subject to review.
• Press & Media — FREE, subject to status confirmation.
• Bulk Tickets — allows companies to register and pay for multiple visitors in one transaction.

Note: exhibitors do not register through the visitor link; a dedicated registration link is sent to them directly. All ticket sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Badge QR codes are emailed shortly before the event and can be scanned onsite via the Breakbulk App.

Breakbulk Americas is the U.S. edition of the global Breakbulk Events & Media portfolio, which also stages Breakbulk Europe (Rotterdam), Breakbulk Middle East (Dubai) and Breakbulk Asia (Singapore). It is positioned as the region's largest event for the project cargo and breakbulk industry and has grown into a major annual gathering in Houston, the heart of the U.S. energy and industrial project market. For 2026 the organizer introduced significant changes: a more compact two-day format, a modernised show floor that removes traditional pipe-and-drape stands, and a redefined content experience built around two new stages, Breakbulk Live and Breakbulk Voices.
