Studio screenings and presentations are showcased in the Colosseum, the state-of-the-art venue at Caesars Palace that provides an ultimate theater setting. Coca-Cola and Barco serve as Official Presenting Sponsors, with Dolby and Fandango among the marquee sponsors.
CinemaCon expects 6,000+ industry professionals, 400+ exhibition booths and 15+ demonstration suites. The event draws attendees from more than 80 countries. Its organizer, Cinema United, is the largest exhibition trade organization in the world, representing nearly 31,000 movie screens across 80 countries.
Exhibit space is sold in two ballrooms within the Caesars Palace Conference Center, with rates varying by membership status and exhibitor type.
Booths in the Julius Ballroom (Pool Level) are sold in 8x10-foot increments. A single 8x10 booth ranges from roughly $5,475 to $6,300 depending on tier, scaling up to about $54,750–$63,000 for a 10-booth (16x50) configuration.
Booths in the Augustus Ballroom (Emperors Level) are sold in 10x10-foot increments. A single 10x10 booth ranges from roughly $5,275 to $6,100, up to about $52,750–$61,000 for a 10-booth (20x50) space.
Pricing follows three tiers: a Renewal (early bird) rate for returning 2025 exhibitors, a Standard rate, and a discounted First-Time Exhibitor rate. Members of trade association partners EF&B or ICTA qualify for member pricing. Demonstration Suites offer premium, private space and are assigned at the discretion of show management; pricing is available on request.
Registration is completed online, and members of Cinema United, ICTA or EF&B receive the best rates. Three main packages are offered:
For the 2026 show, the Full Domestic Package ran $1,195 (member), $1,450 (non-member) and $1,650 (association-eligible non-member) at the standard rate, with higher late/on-site rates. Trade Show Only pricing started at $725 (member), $820 (non-member) and $900 (association-eligible non-member).
Key steps and deadlines:
Refunds (minus a $200 processing fee) are available through 13 March 2026; cancellations after that date are non-refundable. Groups purchasing 10 or more packages may contact the Registration Center for group rates.
CinemaCon took its first step in 2011 and has since evolved into the largest and most important gathering for the worldwide motion picture theater industry, attracting attendees from more than 80 countries. The 2026 edition marks the fourteenth show, held after more than 15 years of the convention's history. The trade show is run in association with association partners ICTA and NAC (now EF&B). CinemaCon serves as the Official Convention of Cinema United.

Caesars Palace, one of Las Vegas' leading casino hotels, hosts CinemaCon with its conference center, hotel accommodations, world-class restaurants, and the Colosseum, a state-of-the-art venue used to showcase studio screenings and presentations. Trade show exhibits are staged in the Caesars Palace Conference Center: the Julius Ballroom on the Pool Level and the Augustus Ballroom on the Emperors Level. The wider resort includes Caesars Palace's roughly 3,110 rooms and suites, the 668-room Octavius Tower, and the 182-room Nobu Hotel.
Caesars Palace offers a self-parking garage and multiple valet locations. Self-parking runs $25 for 0–24 hours (with each additional day or fraction also $25), while hotel guests pay $20 per day. Valet pricing is $50 per day at the Main Valet; Colosseum Valet is $40 per day (rising to $50 on event dates); and the Augustus Valet is reserved for Seven Stars, Guy Savoy and Qua Spa guests. Caesars Rewards members at Platinum, Diamond or Seven Stars levels receive complimentary self-parking, and Nevada residents get the first three hours free with a valid Nevada driver's license, though this does not apply during special events. Note that convention weeks may be treated as special events, so verify current rates before arrival. The garage clearance is 6 feet 10 inches and oversized parking is not offered.
Caesars Palace is located centrally on the Las Vegas Strip at 3570 S Las Vegas Blvd. The nearest airport is Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), only a few miles south of the resort, with taxis, rideshare (Uber/Lyft), and shuttle services readily available. Rideshare and taxi drop-offs use the resort's main entrance, while the Las Vegas Monorail and Strip bus routes provide public-transit access to nearby stations. Given Strip traffic and event-week demand, allow extra travel time and consider rideshare or walking between neighboring Strip properties.
The most convenient option is staying on-site at Caesars Palace, the host hotel, where CinemaCon coordinates a room block via its official reservation link. Because Caesars Palace sits in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, numerous additional hotels are within short walking or rideshare distance, including neighboring Caesars Entertainment properties such as The LINQ, Flamingo, Harrah's, Paris Las Vegas, Horseshoe and Planet Hollywood, as well as nearby resorts like Bellagio, The Cromwell, and the Venetian/Palazzo. Booking early during the CinemaCon block is recommended, as convention weeks are high-demand periods.
