Experience POWER 2026 takes place September 28–30, 2026, at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. The hotel is located at 2500 Calvert Street, NW, Washington, DC 20008.
The event is built for the full power ecosystem, including utilities, independent power producers, industrial energy users, EPCs, technology providers, and policy leaders. It targets professionals planning, building, operating, and powering the future grid.
Registration is available online through the official portal. The Experience POWER Pass is $995 early bird, $1,195 advance (through July 30, 2026), and $1,395 standard, while the POWER Pass + (adding Data Center POWER eXchange) ranges from $1,575 to $2,275. Group pricing is available for teams of three or more.
Featured speakers include Dr. Darío Gil, Under Secretary for Science at the U.S. Department of Energy; David A. Wright, Commissioner of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission; John C. Wagner, Director of Idaho National Laboratory; and Lou Martinez Sancho, CTO of Westinghouse Electric Company, among others.
The Omni Shoreham Hotel offers a discounted group rate of $299 per night, with a booking deadline of September 4, 2026; attendees should book only through the event's official housing link to avoid scams. The hotel is within blocks of the Woodley Park Metro Station, and discounted airfare is available through Southwest and United Airlines.
