Independent Hotel Show 2026

Registration is completed through the show's online registration portal, with separate paths for attendees and for individuals affiliated with exhibiting companies.

Rates:

1. Pre-Registration: $30 — Pre-Registration: $30 (by September 14, 2026); Onsite Registration: $60.
2. Onsite Registration: $60

Registration includes access to the exhibit hall/show both days which includes all education sessions. All registrations will initially be pending and placed in review for show management to ensure that only qualified industry professionals attend. A full confirmation and payment receipt email will be sent once the review is complete and the pending registration has been processed as confirmed.

Note: Independent Hotel Show Miami is a business-to-business event. Individuals must be directly involved in the industry to attend. Editorial press personnel are eligible for a complimentary registration. Registration fees are non-refundable, and the sharing of badges is not permitted; however, substitutions may be made at any time prior to picking up a badge onsite.

Founded in London in 2012, the Independent Hotel Show brand has been the business platform exclusively designed for the needs of luxury and boutique hoteliers. The brand has since grown into an international portfolio with editions in London, Munich, Amsterdam, and Miami.

Independent Hotel Show Miami will return to the vibrant backdrop of Miami Beach on September 16-17, 2026, at the Miami Beach Convention Center for its fourth edition, with a mission to support a broad audience of forward-thinking, independently spirited hoteliers in North America, the Caribbean, and Central America. The Miami show is organized by Exposition Development Company (ExpoDevCo) and Montgomery Group.
