Intermodal Expo - IANA 2026

According to IANA's official figures for the event, Intermodal EXPO draws 1,800+ attendees and 650+ companies, with 20+ hours of education. The organizer reports the audience reflects the full intermodal ecosystem, with an attendee breakdown of 36.8% mixed modes/other, 25.4% rail, 12.2% third-party logistics (3PL), 7.7% marine/ocean, and 5.7% trucking.

IANA publishes attendee registration pricing rather than a public booth-cost schedule; exhibitors should contact IANA directly for booth rates. Registration categories that apply to exhibitor staff include an Additional Exhibitor – Member rate of $950.00 (advance) or $995.00 (standard/onsite), and an Additional Exhibitor – Non Member rate of $950.00 (advance) or $995.00 (standard/onsite).

Registration is handled online through IANA's registration platform. Advance pricing is available through August 1, 2026, after which standard/onsite pricing applies.

2. Non Member — $1,900.00 / $1,900.00
3. Government — $499.00 (eligibility confirmed via registration@intermodal.org)
4. BCO/Shipper — Complimentary for qualified applicants (must be vetted and approved by IANA; cannot be registered onsite)
5. Wednesday Exhibit Hall Only — $699.00 / $799.00 (pickup Wednesday morning only; excludes General Sessions)

Refunds are issued for written cancellation requests received by July 14, 2026, minus a $250 administrative fee; requests after that date are not accepted.
