International Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Association - ICCFA 2027

The ICCFA represents more than 10,000 members across the cemetery, funeral home, crematory and supplier community worldwide. Independent trade-show listings estimate the Experience draws roughly 1,000+ attendees and 300+ exhibitors over three days, though these figures are third-party estimates and not officially confirmed by ICCFA. Attendees are primarily cemetery, funeral service and cremation professionals, along with suppliers and related businesses.

ICCFA has not yet published 2027 booth pricing. Based on recent editions, each 10' x 10' booth includes three complimentary booth-personnel registrations, and additional booth staff badges may be purchased for $350 per person. Booth space is framed with an 8-foot-high back drape and 36-inch-high side rails, plus a booth identification sign, and exhibitors receive a directory of attendee contact information as part of the booth fee. Prospective exhibitors should contact ICCFA Supplier Relations Manager Rick Platter for current rates and availability.

Registration is handled online through the ICCFA member portal (users.iccfa.com), with separate pages for attendees and exhibitors; on-site registration is also available at the meeting.

1. Choose the correct path — Attendee Registration or Exhibitor Registration (the exhibitor page is for exhibitors only).
2. Log in or create an ICCFA account; members should log in for member pricing.
3. Complete registration and purchase any ticketed add-ons, such as the President's Banquet, at the time of registration, as tickets are limited and can sell out.

In recent years, attendee registration has opened the preceding fall and exhibitor registration in February, both closing shortly before the event. Exact 2027 dates and deadlines will be posted by ICCFA. For sponsorships, contact Director of Meetings Lindsy Gundrum.

ICCFA traces its roots to 1887, when it was founded as the Association of American Cemetery Superintendents by a group of 18 cemeterians seeking to improve the appearance and operations of their properties. For its first century it remained a national, cemetery-only organization, growing in size and mission through several name changes. In 1996 it became the International Cemetery and Funeral Association, expanding membership to funeral homes and related businesses and extending its reach beyond U.S. borders. In 2007, "Cremation" was added to the name to better reflect the profession. The association's marquee gathering, long known as the Annual Convention & Exposition, has since been rebranded the ICCFA Experience, rotating among major U.S. cities including Kansas City (2023), Tampa (2024), Las Vegas (2025) and Fort Worth (2026), with Denver hosting in 2027.
