The organizer states that the Forum gathers 350+ of the natural gas industry's leaders. The 38th Annual Mid-Continent Forum is the premier event where 350+ of the natural gas industry's leaders gather in Chicago for 2½ days of networking, insights, and deal making. The audience spans utilities, end users, marketers, processors, producers, and vendors across the natural gas value chain.

Registration is completed online through the official LDC Gas Forums registration portal. Standard rates (in U.S. funds) for 2026 are:

• Standard / In-Person Conference Registration — $1,795.00, with optional networking activities at $245.00.
• Sponsor Registration — $1,795.00, plus $245.00 for optional networking activities.
• Government Registration — full-time employees of accredited federal, state, and local government departments and agencies receive a 50% discount ($850), with optional networking activities at $245.00.
• Gas Buyers (Regulated Utilities & End Users only) — attend at no charge, limited to a maximum of 3 free passes per company, covering the conference and optional networking activities.
• Energy Merchant Facility Operator (Gas Buyer) — a 50% discount ($850), with optional networking activities at $245.00.
