LTEN reports a broad global community rather than a single published attendance figure. LTEN has a membership of more than 1,000 trainers employed by over 160 pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic companies around the globe. The conference connects a global community of peers from 140+ companies. The most recent conference welcomed a record-breaking crowd of life sciences learning professionals, with organizers citing record-breaking attendance.
Exhibit space is offered through Preferred Industry Partner (PIP) packages and standard booths. A non-PIP 10 x 10 booth is $4,250 and includes 1 exhibit hall-only registration with the opportunity to purchase a second registration at $895. The booth includes a 10' x 10' space, 8' background drape, 3' high side rail, and one 7" x 44" I.D. sign. Exhibitors also receive free publicity on the LTEN Annual Conference webpage and free basic access to Wi-Fi in the exhibit hall. LTEN has deep roots in the pharmaceutical training profession. LTEN was established in 1971 and originally named the National Society of Pharmaceutical Sales Trainers. The Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network is the only global 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization specializing in meeting the needs of life sciences learning professionals. The organization was formerly known as SPBT before rebranding to LTEN. The 2025 conference was held in Aurora, Colorado, and welcomed a record-breaking crowd of life sciences learning professionals, with the event moving to the Gaylord Palms near Orlando for 2026.

The resort features a stunning glass atrium showcasing diverse Florida landscapes, nine restaurants, Cypress Springs Water Park, South Beach pool, 400,000 square feet of meeting space, and Emerald Bay hotel rooms. The property recently completed a sweeping multi-million-dollar renovation with refreshed guest rooms and an updated lobby with enhanced views of its 4.5-acre garden atrium. For business travelers, the resort boasts 400,000 square feet of impressive meeting space. On-site amenities include nine restaurants and a full-service spa, all within a family-friendly resort setting.
On-site self and valet parking are available at the resort (subject to charges). On-site parking is available at the rate of $24 per night, while valet parking will cost $35 per night, though some listings quote higher rates, so confirm current pricing at booking. Parking fees do not include tax, and in/out privileges apply to overnight guests only, with day guests charged per entry. Electric vehicle charging stations are available (subject to availability).
The venue is easily reached from Central Florida's airports. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 to 45 minutes away, and a one-way taxi fare is around $55. The closest airport is Kissimmee Gateway Airport (ISM), located approximately 8.0 miles from the hotel. From Kissimmee Gateway, the drive takes between 15 and 30 minutes depending on traffic, with a one-way taxi fare around $25. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and taxis are readily available from both airports; renting a car is also an option, with on-site parking available at the resort. Alternate airport transportation is available through Mears Transportation.
The Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center is itself the host hotel, so attendees can stay on-site. The resort has 1,718 individually decorated guestrooms. The property sits in the Kissimmee/Orlando theme-park corridor, so numerous additional hotels are within a short drive. Gaylord Palms is conveniently located near Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort. The resort is located off Interstate 4, near SeaWorld (6.6 mi) and Universal Studios (11 mi), an area with many chain and resort hotels. Booking a room in the LTEN room block (when available) is typically the most convenient option.
The LTEN Annual Conference 2026 takes place June 15–18, 2026, at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, 6000 West Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida, in the greater Orlando area.
It is designed for life sciences learning and development professionals — trainers, instructional designers, facilitators, and learning leaders from pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostics organizations. Non-exhibiting consultants and solution providers who serve these organizations also attend.
Attendees can choose from more than 100 live educational sessions, including 70+ workshops and 30+ learning labs, across tracks such as Impact & Measurement, Instructional Design & Development, and Leadership. The Learning Village Exhibit Hall lets attendees meet training partners and see new products and technology first-hand.
