MEGARUST - American Society of Naval Engineers 2027

The official MegaRust 2027 page does not publish specific attendance figures or audience demographics. Coverage of the conference describes it as an annual gathering of hundreds of corrosion professionals from military, industry, and government organizations.

For MegaRust 2027, published booth rates are:

• Premium Booth: $4,345 (Early Bird, 09/21/26–11/13/26) / $4,795 (Regular, from 11/16/26)
• Standard Booth: $3,895 (Early Bird) / $4,195 (Regular)

Each booth space is 10'D x 10'W and comes with a 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket, and an ID sign. Booths do not include power, and the hall is not carpeted. Premium booths include 2 full complimentary badges plus 4 booth personnel badges; standard booths include 1 full complimentary badge plus 2 booth personnel badges. Live Demo participation is available to exhibitors and sponsors on a first-come basis for $350.

Sponsorships range from Copper ($1,250) and Bronze ($2,500) up through Silver ($3,750), Gold ($5,000), Platinum ($7,500), and Diamond/Presenting Sponsor ($10,000).

Attendee registration is handled through the ASNE website. At the time of research, the official page notes that attendee registration details were still to come, directing prospective attendees to follow ASNE on LinkedIn for updates.

For exhibitors:

1. Booths were initially available only to MegaRust 2027 presale exhibitors, with public sales opening in the Early Bird phase beginning September 21.
2. Reserve a booth or sponsorship by contacting Exhibits@NavalEngineers.org or Sponsorships@NavalEngineers.org, or by calling (703) 836-6727.
3. Exhibitor badge information must be submitted to Exhibits@navalengineers.org no later than COB May 21st.

MegaRust is the naval corrosion conference of the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE), which was founded in 1888 and is one of the oldest technical societies in the United States. ASNE took over responsibility for the conference from the U.S. Navy in 2011, when Dave Zilber began serving as Chairman of the MegaRust Naval Corrosion Conference.

Since then, MegaRust has grown into an annual forum that brings together hundreds of corrosion professionals from the Fleet, industry, and government. The conference typically alternates its location each year between San Diego and the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. Recent editions include San Diego in 2024 and 2026, with the 2027 event returning to Hampton, VA.
