Ontario Dental Association - Annual Spring Meeting 2027

ASM27 registration will open in January 2027. Everyone must register in their professional category.

Key requirements:

• To attend, Ontario dentists and dental students must be ODA members with current 2026–2027 membership dues, and must provide their ODA membership number.
• Dentists from outside Ontario must register in the Out-of-Province (D) category and must have a practice address outside of Ontario.
• Other oral-health professionals must register in their respective professional category; consultants and dental industry vendors cannot register in this category and must be exhibitors to attend.
• To register as a student, you must be enrolled in a full-time dental or oral-health professional program and provide your school name and student number.

Requests for cancellations and refunds for conference registrations must be submitted in writing, by email, and the ODA does not accept phone requests for refunds, and no refunds will be issued on-site at the ASM.

The Annual Spring Meeting is the signature event of the Ontario Dental Association and is one of the longest running and most respected dental conventions in North America. The event is tied to the long history of the association itself: since 1867, the ODA has been the voluntary professional association representing the dentists of Ontario.

The ASM is often referenced by its anniversary year — the 2025 meeting was in its 158th year and the 2026 meeting in its 159th year — with ASM27 marking the ODA's 160th anniversary. Details on the 160th anniversary are to come in January 2027, with the ODA celebrating in conjunction with the Canadian Dental Association. Today there are more than 10,000 ODA dentists, more than nine in 10 dentists in the province.
