Texas Society of Architects - TSA 2026

According to the organizer, the TxA26 Annual Conference and Design Expo is expected to attract approximately 1,500 architecture professionals from Texas and beyond. TxA reports that nearly all attendees (cited as 90–95%) visit the expo floor, and describes its audience as decision-makers with buying power and a high concentration of mid- and senior-level professionals. The exhibitor materials also cite 75% returning attendees and note that 97% of attendees would recommend vendors from the Design Expo. The attendee base spans licensed architects (the largest segment), industry professionals, interior designers, landscape architects, emerging professionals, and students.

Per the official 2026 Exhibitor & Sponsor Packet, Design Expo booth pricing is:

• Corner 10' x 10' — $2,500
• Double 10' x 20' — $4,800
• Island 20' x 20' — $9,250
• Medium 20' x 30' — $12,000
• Large 20' x 40' — $16,000
• X-Large 20' x 50' — $18,000

Booth rentals include an 8' back drape and 3' sidewall, a standard company ID sign, 24/7 security, four complimentary exhibitor badges per 10x10 space, and access to keynote and CE sessions. Carpet, tables, chairs, electricity, and Wi-Fi are not included and must be ordered separately. Additional exhibitor badges are $50 each. Sponsorship packages are also available, ranging from a $3,500 Supporter level up to Premier Sponsorships of $55,000–$75,000.

Exhibitors purchase booths through the official online exhibit registration system (MapDynamics). To reserve a booth:

1. Visit the booth sales website and choose your preferred booth(s) from the interactive floor plan.
2. Click "Continue to Checkout" and optionally add sponsor services.
3. Complete your booth information and payment.

Booths are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and the Design Expo historically sells out, so early booking is advised. Booth staff badges are registered separately through a system communicated by TxA after purchase. Attendee/conference registration for TxA26 is handled through the official conference website. Note the exhibitor cancellation schedule: cancellations between June 1–30, 2026 forfeit 30%; July 1–31, 2026 forfeit 60%; and on or after August 1, 2026 forfeit 100% of payment.

The Texas Society of Architects was founded in 1939, when 47 architects paid charter dues and elected the organization's first officers; its roots trace back to the 1880s organization known as the Texas State Association of Architects. In 1951, the Society received its charter as a state component of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Today TxA is one of the nation's largest architectural organizations, headquartered in Austin with around 7,000–7,800 members across its regional components. The Annual Conference is the Society's premier annual event, rotating among Texas cities—San Antonio is historically one of its most popular locations. The 2026 edition (TxA26) marks more than 85 years of the organization serving the profession.
